Auto Roll & Automatic Roll Filters

This guide will assist you in identifying the automatic/auto roll core you need. Automatic roll replacements are furnished wound on spools or cores, ready for installation without modification or adapters. Six-foot long kraft paper leaders and trailers are secured to the ends of every roll. Each roll contains 65 linear feet of filtering media in selected widths.

The following media types are available:

Polyester

A nominal 1/2 inch thickness dry, non-woven polyester synthetic fiber medium, reinforced on the downstream side with a scrim backing.

DustLokĀ®

DustLok polyester auto roll media is manufactured by FIBERBOND assuring consistent quality. The media, produced by the air-laid process, is uniform in appearance, high in resiliency, non-directional in strength, and reinforced with a polyester scrim backing. Core Identification Guide:

American Air

1-1/4" O.D. 18 gauge steel tube. Drive pins 9/16" from end. 11" diameter end plates. Red end cap indicates drive end.

Continental

Core is formed from 3" I.D. metal tube. A drive pin is located 2-1/2" from one end of tube only. No cups or discs are used.

Core is formed from a 2-1/8" I.D. Fiberboard tube using no drive pin, cups or discs.

2-7/16" I.D. fiberboard tube. A metal cup is secured in each end. The cup is stamped to form a 1-1/2" square.
