	Large fibers on the first layer (ten times the diameter of the final layer are open faced, coiled and bundled for structural stability and to insure capturing large paint particles. Fibers in the middle layer are less bundled and engineered to intercept progressively smaller particles passing through the first layer.
	The third layer is comprised of single 21-micron fibers. It forms the final barrier for preventing particles from breaking away and contaminating the system. It is especially effective at capturing small, dry paint particles.
	Result: Paint is evenly collected throughout the entire pad. Change outs are reduced and productivity is increased.
	SmartMedia contains Poly b. A technology employed during manufacturing that produces two primary benefits: 1. Softer, safer, easier handling fibers. 2. Total Tac: the industry's first, true 100% tackification product. Total Tac captures dust and paint particles before they escape up the stack and into the environment.

RP® Paint Arrestors are disposable paint over spray collectors that efficiently trap paint solids before they reach the exhaust stack.

These were the first dry filters specifically designed to control paint over spray. Through the years, the RP family of standard, high efficiency and capacity Paint Arrestors have proven to be a cost effective, efficient way to handle virtually every over spray requirement. Fabricated of slit and expanded paper, or slit and expanded paper with polyester, the multiple layers of RP Paint Arrestors are assembled so the intake side has larger openings than the exhaust side. This provides depth loading for maximum service life.

FIBERBOND ceiling media, or diffusion media, Fiberbond DFM 4 and DFM 8 are among the finest available around the world. Their ability to trap and retain dirt particulate, the barely visible pieces of dirt that can ruin finishes, is unparalleled.

Fiberbond DFM 4 can remove 99% of the particles 4 microns or larger, hence the name DFM 4. Fiberbond DFM 8 can remove 99.95% of the most harmful 10-micron particles.

E. P. RED Filter Media

EP™ RED MEDIA

This premium two-layer polyester collection media is designed for high volume painting applications where pollution control is an absolute must. This is the premier polyester media on the market.

The unique Fiberbond EP Red media has a very open air entering (white) layer comprised of coarse fibers which allows collected over-spray to be absorbed and retained in this layer. This results in high paint holding capacity. It will not face load or generate excessive paint run off.

The red, fine fiber, dense layer traps the finest paint particles (99 to 99.9+% efficient on most commonly used coatings). Tested by an independent laboratory to be over 99.8% efficient on 62% high solids paint.

EP Red media is halogen-free and can be easily incinerated without the release of harmful pollutants (provided the paint is also safe to incinerate) if this is the choice for method of disposal.
